Peek at the posh amenities for HFZ Capital’s Midtown condo

The 32-story tower is home to a bevy of fancy perks, including a huge heated pool and a "Sky Lounge"

The last time we checked in with Halcyon, HFZ Capital’s 32-story Midtown East tower, it was in the process of shedding its troubled past and moving forward, with construction well underway. One of the development’s biggest selling points was its schmancy amenities, including a double-height fitness space, a 52-foot heated pool, and a luxe resident’s lounge.

Now, two years later, those amenities are finally finished; the photos here show off the completed amenity spaces, including the much-touted "Movement Studio," which has oversized windows and a clean, austere design. The same look continues through to the pool and spa (described as "invitingly lavish" on the website), as well as the lounge and library. Even the children’s playroom has a modern design, albeit one that has bright pops of color.

Though the building had achieved an 80 percent sell-out as of 2015, there are still ten apartments currently up for grabs, according to StreetEasy; one of those is a 3,400-square-foot penthouse, asking $12 million. Check out more photos below:
