Sales have officially launched for 762 Park Place, one of Crown Heights’ new condo buildings that is currently on the rise. Though the seven-story building isn’t slated for completion until spring/summer of 2017, sales for five of the buildings 23 units have just launched.
Judging from the renderings, the apartments themselves are minimally designed, but modern, lacking the bells and whistles that other new developments are tossing into their projects these days. However, the seemingly uneventful homes actually come with some decent perks. Amenities include high ceilings, white oak floors, oversized windows that allow for lots of natural light, and a rather spacious kitchen. The five apartments range from an 814-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit to a 1,206-square-foot, three bedroom, two bathroom unit with prices beginning at $720,000 and traveling up to $1.145 million.
