Extell's One Manhattan Square launches sales on the Lower East Side

The skyscraper’s 815 condos will start from $1.15 million

Extell has teased the sales launch on its highly-anticipated and neighborhood-altering development, One Manhattan Square for months now, and that day is finally here. Early this morning, several listings went live on the building’s newly designed website, and the apartments available right now range in price from $1.179 million for a 723-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit, and go up to $3.498 million for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit spanning 1,400 square feet.

International sales for the skyscraper got underway several months ago, and domestic sales were originally scheduled to begin in September. Early last month Extell teased the launch at the end of October, and now they've essentially delivered. The 800-foot plus tower has a total of 815 condos that range in size from one-to-three-bedrooms with prices starting at $1.15 million.

The interiors are being designed by Meyer Davis Studio and the apartments will feature "5’’ wide-stained, oak flooring, imported stone, and custom finishes."

A massive luxury building would obviously be incomplete without an equally massive set of amenities, and One Manhattan Square stays true to form. There are 100,000 square feet of amenities at the building and they include a full-size basketball court, a cinema and a performance center, and a bowling alley.

West 8, the landscape designers behind The Hills at Governors Island are designing a private park at the condo that will be fitted with a dog run, birch and topiary gardens, and outdoor kitchens.

Construction on the tower has been making steady progress this past year and work on the building is expected to wrap up by the end of 2018. Now check out the floorplans for the available units below.
