While the listing also makes note of a decorative fireplace, the real selling point here —besides layout and location—is the exposed brick, which is extremely plentiful and equally charming. Right now, the rest of the walls are painted rather boldly, which gives the place a lot of personality. (If it is not your personality, it is presumably easy to change.)
