How Much For a Two-Bedroom Condo in a Charming Ditmas Park Victorian?

Can you guess the asking price?

What/Where: Two-bedroom in Ditmas Park

Square Footage: 1,300

Taxes/common charges: $708

How charming is this two-bedroom condo? It’s located on the first floor of a classic Ditmas Park Victorian, and has quite a bit of space—1,300 square feet, to be precise, with an additional bit of outdoor space thanks to the home’s wrap-around porch. Some of the rooms could use a refresh—the bathroom is a bit Pepto Bismol-y, and the kitchen is a little outdated—but it also has plenty of lovely original details, including a stained-glass window, wainscoting, and lovely inlaid floors. It's also only a couple of blocks from here to the B and Q trains. So: how much do you think it’s asking?
