The 4,000 square foot apartments comes with three bedrooms, and three bathrooms
The newest resident at the world's tallest residential building, 432 Park Avenue, is none other than the chairman of Douglas Elliman, Howard Lorber, The Real Deal reports. His company is in charge of the sales and marketing of the supertall, and he's not the first Douglas Elliman-related executive to purchase an apartment at the building.
The chairman of Douglas Elliman's parent company, the Vector Group, also recently shelled out several millions for a full-floor apartment on the 64th floor. Lorber paid just over $15 million for his half-floor apartment on the 67th floor, and Bennett LeBow, the chairman of the Vector Group, shelled out $44.8 million on his pad, according to TRD
The 96-story building features a total of 125 apartments, and eight are currently listed on the market for sale, and six units are listed as rentals, according to StreetEasy. Amid the slowdown in sales in the luxury market, developers CIM Group and Macklowe Properties split up some of pricey full floor units at the building last year.
