Late fashion designer L'Wren Scott's Chelsea condo finds a buyer

The home of the legendary fashion designer was last listed for close to $7 million

The West Chelsea duplex apartment where late fashion designer L’Wren Scott lived before her untimely 2014 death has found a buyer, reports the Observer.

Earlier this year, the 2,328-square-foot apartment within the Annabelle Selldorf-designed 200 Eleventh Avenue hit the market for $8.25 million. It seems to have received a couple of price chops, as the home entered contract with a listing price of $6.95 million.

The apartment is quite lovely, featuring three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Hudson, electric window shades, a stainless steel-clad kitchen, and soaring ceilings with heights of 17 feet. The home is accessed through a private elevator and whoever bought the space won’t have to worry about finding somewhere nearby to park their car, thanks to the 337-square-foot car lift/in-home parking spot.
