After a little more than a year, the lovely Nolita apartment owned by singer John Legend and supermodel Chrissy Teigen is off the market According to the Observer, the nearly 2,000-square-foot loft in Nolita's Brewster Carriage House was snatched up by an undisclosed buyer, though we won't know the final sale price for some time. But it was last listed for $3.995 million, a slight decrease from the original asking price of $4.5 million.
The stunning space was by Don Stewart and Winka Dubbeldam before gracing the cover of Architectural Digest in February 2015. The huge one-bedroom has the ability to be converted into a two-bedroom and features lots of exposed brick, a gas fireplace, extra-large windows, an en-suite master bathroom, a small alcove (where Legend stored a piano, apparently). There's also a chef’s kitchen that's made plenty of appearances on Teigen's Instagram—not surprising since she released a cookbook earlier this year. Kudos to the lucky buyer who landed this stylish pad.
