Predictably luxe Baccarat condo hits the market for $23.8M

Is it any surprise that this full-floor unit atop the crystal-bedecked hotel is over-the-top?

The brokerbabble for the latest listing in the Baccarat Hotel & Residence promises "life at the pinnacle of luxury," and judging from the pictures of the $23.8 million full-floor listing, that’s hardly an understatement. Though it isn’t the penthouse—that sold earlier this summer for $54 million—the Tony Ingrao-designed, 4,557-square-foot residence is decked out with a laundry list of extravagant details and top-of-the-line brand names.

Highlights of the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath Midtown estate include, but are not limited, to: a palatial kitchen (with Siematic Ebonized Walnut, brushed nickel, and clear glass cabinets), a master bedroom suite (with a walk-in dressing room), a free-standing soaking tub in the master bath (which also has heated floors), and floor-to-ceiling windows (with 360-degree city views). The signature Baccarat chandelier in the foyer goes without saying.

Like the other 59 condos in the building, the future residents will have access to the many amenities of the Baccarat Hotel, among them the bar, the swimming pool, and a 24-hour multilingual concierge service.
