Harlem's real estate map has been changing at a rapid clip in recent years, and with that sales prices have escalated as well. One of the biggest and most talked about developments in the neighborhood has been Circa Central Park, a condo project developed by Artimus Construction and designed by FXFOWLE. Many of the units on this list are from that development alone. Others are single and multi-family townhouses, and every few months it seems a new record is broken for the priciest sale in the neighborhood. The most recent one was set after a townhouse in the Hamilton Heights section of Harlem sold for just under $5 million in January. If sold at their asking price, most homes on this list could easily break that record.
