Hell's Kitchen Rentals With 'Uniquely Tailored Scents' Now Available

Apartments at the pair of residential towers, designed by CetraRuddy, begin at $3,000

Leasing has officially launched at Hell’s Kitchen new residential tower, 535 West 43rd Street. The building, designed by CetraRuddy, is made up of two 14-story towers that are linked through a multi-leveled courtyard, with each building featuring units that range in size from studios through two-bedrooms. Photos of a model apartment show what those might look like:

The building, developed by DHA Capital and Patrinely Group, is described as having "a uniquely tailored scent and sound" (if those reflect Hell's Kitchen, who knows what that could mean…). It also offers 20,000 square feet of  amenities that include a pet spa, yoga studio, sound-proof screening room, and demonstration kitchen spread. The apartments themselves have Swedish wood flooring, oversized windows, and large kitchens and bathrooms.

Of the building’s 280 apartments, 62 have been deemed affordable while market rate for the units start around $3,000 a month.
