Hello Living's 44-Apartment Flatbush Condo Is Coming Along

Once finished, each of the units will have their own private outdoor space

Construction on the latest of Hello Living’s projects, Hello Albemarle, is underway and already has four floors above ground, reports 6sqft.

The condo building is being built on Albemarle Road, rising from a former parking lot that neighbors the recently renovated Loew’s Kings Theatre. Once complete, the building will stand at 12-stories high and will be composed of 44 luxury apartments, with just one- and two-bedroom unit offerings, each with their own terrace. A fitness center, private elevators opening directly into the individual units, and a 15-year tax abatement are among the amenities that the building will offer.

The Brooklyn-based firm has already developed over a dozen projects across Brooklyn in neighborhoods that include Flatbush, Crown Heights, and Prospect Heights. Not too far from where Hello Albemarle is being built is the stepped Flatbush tower, Hello Nostrand, also on the rise that once finished, will have 153 apartments beginning at $460,000 to $700,000.
