First Look Inside The Greenwich Lane's $14M Model Apartment

Finally, see inside the massive Greenwich Village development

Images of the first model apartment at The Greenwich Lane, the luxury condo complex built on the former site of St. Vincent’s Hospital, have been revealed by New York Magazine. The Thomas O’Brien-designed apartment is located within The Greenwich Lane's tallest building at 17 stories. In all, The Greenwich Lane is comprised of five buildings and five townhouses.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom model apartment is #6A at 155 West 11th Street, and by the looks of things, the apartment delivers on what the sales gallery promised. Intertwining prewar poise with modern appeal, the apartment has dark stained red oak floors, custom moldings and trims, floor-to-ceiling windows, a direct elevator entrance, and of course those Manhattan—all for $14 million. The building itself will feature a fitness center, screening room, parking garage with charging stations for electric cars, and access to the private garden courtyard.
