Durst Unveils Rentals in Its Long-Awaited Sixth Ave. Tower From $3,800/Month

The mixed-use building will also be the home of Nike's NYC headquarters

It took more than a decade to get here, but the Durst Organization’s long awaited high-rise, EŌS, began leasing for its 375 apartments earlier this month. The 47-story COOKFOX-designed luxury tower, located at 100 West 31st Street, will also reportedly be the home of Nike’s New York City headquarters.

The building will allot 350,000 square feet towards residential space while commercial and office use cover about 200,000 square feet. The building’s apartments start at top-tier prices—$3,800 for a 500-square-foot studio, $4,500 for a one-bedroom, and $6,300 for $6,300, and so on—but there will also be 75 affordable units available for individuals with incomes between $20,743 and $43,150.

Having Nike as a neighbor comes with perks. Tenants will have access to the brand’s 15,000-square-foot state-of-the art gym, equipped with a pool, half-basketball court, spin studio, and training area. Other building amenities will include the seemingly now-ubiquitous game room, media room, roof terrace, and a golf simulator.
