Clinton and husband Marc Mezvinsky sold the apartment in 2013
Before Chelsea Clinton moved into her palatial yet understated condo at Nomad celeb magnet The Whitman, she and husband Marc Mezvinsky lived high above Madison Square Park. The 3BR/2.5BA condo that the young couple once called home just hit the market for $5.995 million. Clinton and Mezvinsky sold the Grand Madison apartment in 2013 for $4.75 million, before moving into their $9.25 million Whitman abode.
The Grand Madison apartment comes with an open kitchen and living area that overlooks Madison Square Park. The two bedrooms plus a study or lounge overlooks Fifth Avenue. The apartment also comes with a storage space on the same floor, which Clinton's growing family probably would've found useful.
