According to The Real Deal, developers Kushner and LIVWRK are hoping for a $427.5 million sellout. The building contains a combo of studios starting at $540,000, as well as one- two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from $835,000 to $3 million.
The original Cass Gilbert warehouse is in the midst of a revamp by architect Morris Adjmi, whose designs include a 500-square-foot green wall with 3,500 plants, a "jam room" for musicians, communal rooftop access, courtyards speckled with fire pits and seating, screening rooms, and co-working spaces.
Current tenants in the building, which had been rentals up until now, can take advantage of a 90-day "right to purchase" offer for condos at a discounted price.
