The turn-of-the-century warehouse turned condominium at 184 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg is being revamped as the Austin Nichols House, and the property has officially launched sales for some of its 338 condo units. According to The Real Deal, developers Kushner and LIVWRK are hoping for a $427.5 million sellout. The building contains a combo of studios starting at $540,000, as well as one- two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from $835,000 to $3 million.

The original Cass Gilbert warehouse is in the midst of a revamp by architect Morris Adjmi, whose designs include a 500-square-foot green wall with 3,500 plants, a "jam room" for musicians, communal rooftop access, courtyards speckled with fire pits and seating, screening rooms, and co-working spaces.

Current tenants in the building, which had been rentals up until now, can take advantage of a 90-day "right to purchase" offer for condos at a discounted price.
