The Superbad actor is moving to Bleecker Street
Jonah Hill has made some serious real estate moves in New York City over the past few years. In 2014 he listed his Howard Street loft for $3.8 million, and now the Post reports that the Wolf of Wall Street actor has plunked down $9.16 million for a pad at the Noho printing factory-turned-condo The Schumacher. Hill's new home at 36 Bleecker Street is a 3,280-square-foot unit with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms—a huge step up from his one-bedroom Howard Street abode. The apartment was initially asking $9.5 million.
