The onetime Greenwich Village home of Oscar-winning actress, Holly Hunter, has now made its appearance on the market as a rental asking $14,750 a month, the Observer reports.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op, located in an old townhouse at 21 East 11th Street, is spread out over 1,733 square feet. Some of the pad's standout features include high ceilings, three fireplaces (though two are only decorative), custom wood shutters, exposed brick, and a desirable private shaded terrace.
In 2005, the actress sold the home, and upgraded to a 3,000-square-foot space at celebrity haven, 43 Fifth Avenue. Hunter purchased Julia Roberts’ three-bedroom corner apartment for $4.1 million before selling that space in 2014 for a profitable $7.6 million.
