Sales are now underway on Brazilian architect, Isay Weinfeld’s highly-anticipated, first NYC project, Jardim (the Portuguese word for garden). The development features a total of 36 condos spread out over two 11-story buildings that overlook the High Line, and sit adjacent to Zaha Hadid’s condo project at 520 West 28th Street.
Of the currently available units, which will go live on the development’s website later today, prices range from $1.97 million for a 762-square foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, and go up to $7.55 million for a four-bedroom, four and a half bathroom apartment that spans 2,828-square feet with 114 square feet of outdoor space.
The project is a collaboration between Centaur Properties and the Greyscale Development Group. The building’s name is a nod to the green spaces throughout the project and the multi-level landscape garden between the two buildings. Amenities in the condo include an indoor pool, a massage room, and a fitness center. The project is expected to wrap up sometime next year.
