Model Erin Heatherton wants $2.85M for rustic-chic West Village pad

The Sports Illustrated model bought the place for a lot less in 2012

There is not a ton of detail about this "exceptionally well-renovated" West Village condo—it has 2 bedrooms, it faces south, and it is on the second floor, and…well, that’s about it—but from the pictures, the $2.85 million apartment appears to be extremely inviting (which, you know, it ought to be, but still).

The unit is owned by model Erin Heatherton (known for posing for Victoria's Secret and the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue, as well as briefly dating Leonardo DiCaprio), who bought the place for $1.7 million in 2012. She was recently embroiled in a lawsuit with the condo board of the high-end building; according to the Daily News, Heatherton was too noisy for her neighbors, and "got seven written warnings between August 2015 and June 2016 and a formal cease and desist notice from the condo's lawyer in February." That may explain why she’s trying to part with the place.

Exposed wooden beams add just a touch of rustic charm, and the wood kitchen ceiling gives the place a sort of barn-like feel, but in an idyllic, modern sort of way. Everything in the sunny, 1,345-square-foot home is in mint condition, from the sleek (if excessively mirrored) bathrooms to the extravagant walk-in closet, which is deep enough for even a Carrie Bradshaw-level shoe collection. The unit also has a washer/dryer, and—more importantly—a sauna.

The building itself offers plenty of chi-chi amenities, including a doorman, a "state-of-the-art" fitness center, a children’s playroom, and an onsite parking garage. Just don’t play your music too loud.
